Start from within. Exercise, a balanced vegeful diet & hydration are all key to combating those unwanted breakouts & a little helping hand from the right skin supplements can make a huge difference to boost your skin from the inside.
Do your research so you know your skincare ingredients and why you're putting them on your skin. Chances are if your ingredients list is full of chemicals it could be doing your skin more harm than good. Stick to natural high quality ingredients that you know. My personal fav is @emmalewisham
Like your diet, your skin needs balance. You can feed it too much of the 'right' things too so be careful to keep things balanced. For example, yes vitamin c can be amazing for your skin, but keep it to one product only. If you have vitamin c as a main ingredient in all of your skincare products you could overdose in vitamin c and throw you pH levels out.
Talk to your beautician about which skincare products work together to keep your pH levels in check.
